If you are open-enrolling to Cleveland, you will need to download this form, fill it out, and email it to stoffel.allison@isd391.org.

If you are open-enrolling FROM the WEM district, you will not fill this out; please email stoffel.allison@isd391.org.

Preschool Enrollment

Please follow steps 1 and 2 to enroll in our Little Clipper's Preschool program.

    • Mid-year enrollees: Email gibbs.alissa@isd391.org to receive your snack cart rate

      • Print the paper form from the Parent → Parent Resources, Forms & FAQ page and turn it in to the district office with payment, or

      • Alissa Gibbs can add the fee to your Infinite Campus account for online payment.
