Lacey McCabe hit

Continuing to play better and better each outing, the JV girls downed Sibley East 2-1 and St. Clair 3-0 while the B girls, which share some players with the JV, beat Sibley East 2-0.

In Arlington, the JV Clippers lost the first game 25-23, but came back with a 25-16 triumph. The game for the match was tight, but the Clippers emerged with a 15-12 victory.

Taylor McCabe had five digs and four kills. Lacey McCabe had six kills and four digs. Addi Holden had six kills. Maya Lassiter had three kills and six digs. Mariah McCabe had seven digs. Olivia Shouler had four digs. Luci Blaschko had six digs. Valentina Rohlfing had three digs.

Meanwhile, the B girls beat the Wolverines 25-15, 25-17.

Taylor McCabe and Kiera Schipper each had seven kills. Maile Meissner had four kills. Anika Sathoff had six kills. Delaney Thompson had four kills and 23 set assists. Blaschko had a dozen digs. Rohlfing had nine digs.

In St. Clair, the JV girls won game one 25-11, game two 25-19 on a Schipper cross-court kill and game three 15-12 on a Meissner ace serve.

Taylor McCabe had six kills, two digs and one ace serve. Holden had five kills. Schipper had four kills, two ace blocks and three ace serves. Thompson had 12 set assists, three ace serves and four digs. Blaschko had seven digs and one ace serve. Lilly Lamont had six set assists. Meissner and Lacey McCabe each had three kills. Mariah McCabe had six digs.

The B/JV girls are at home on Tuesday against Martin County West.
