Elementary volleyball girls are having a busy spring

While cold and rain have put a damper on baseball and softball this spring, in the warm and dry indoors, the elementary volleyball teams are operating full tilt on Saturdays, competing in tournaments around the area.

On April 11, Cleveland school was the venue with teams from grade three through grade six occupying the three gyms.

The sixth-grade girls have a pair of teams, and they faced off during the tournament with team (coach Tracee) Sandhurst beating team (coach Brianna) Hoffmann 2-0 after a close game 2.
