Oh my.
Those were the animal choices kids got to stuff during the Early Childhood and Family Education Fun Night last Friday. After the build, they could fit the stuffie with a Clipper T-shirt and fill out adoption papers.
Held in the school commons, sixty-nine participated in the “Build a Bear,” said organizer Courtney Theis.

After the bear build, kids and their families took in a magic show in the new gym by. About 40 people attended.
Magician Brian Richards, who specializes in hilariously interactive shows geared towards early childhood and elementary students, performed card, rope and disappearing and reappearing ball tricks. He carried a positive message about being respectful throughout his performance.
“He was great at making everyone smile,” said Theis, who hopes to make the make build a bear and show an annual event.
