The C girls topped visiting Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton 2-0 on Tuesday.
After winning game one 25-18, the Clippers, struggling to keep the ball in bounds, found themselves down early in game two.
But with an Evangeline Pearson deep hit for a winner followed by a Maliah Elias ace serve, the Clippers went in front 13-12 and never looked back.
Elias popped over a couple more ace serves to extend the Clipper lead, 17-12. Later, Lexi Wobbrock dropped down a kill for a 20-14 Clipper advantage.
Jessilyn Milnes pushed over a fake set for Clipper point 24 before the game ended 25-17 when JWP pushed the ball into the mesh.
The C girls are back in action tonight when they host Sleepy Eye at 4:30.
