Students by buses

Carrying water bottles and back packs and band instruments, 270 high school students and 365 elementary students arrived at school for their first day of the 2026/27 school year last week.

Among them were 46 kindergartners and 42 seniors. The largest class is fifth grade: 62 strong.

High schoolers started on Monday while elementary students started on Wednesday after a Tuesday open house. Today (Tuesday) is the first day for 37 preschoolers.

With road improvements around the school continuing for a few weeks yet, buses unloaded in the back while drop-offs were at the far ends of the front of the building instead of at the main door.
