All-Conference Volleyball Clippers

Five Clipper girls earned All-Valley Conference volleyball honors.

Among the nine members the Valley Conference coaches named to the first team were Emily Kern, Taylin Gosch and Emma Sweere.

Halle McCabe made the nine-member second team, and Jordyn Klingel was picked as one of the 15 honorable mentions.

Kern, a junior hitter had 177 kills. Gosch, a junior setter had 414 assists. Sweere, a sophomore libero pulled up 240 digs. McCabe, a senior hitter had 109 kills. Klingel, a junior, was an all-around player and potent from behind the service line.

With a shortened season, stats were lower. In 2019, the Clippers competed in 33 matches and 87 games. Tournaments matches were two games. In 2020, the Clippers played 12 matches that included 43 games.

Kern and Gosch were named to the first team last year as well. Sweere and Klingel were honorable mentions in 2019. McCabe had to sit out last season due to an injury.
