Not to be outdone by their 12th grade counterparts, fifty members of the class of 2033 collected diplomas on Friday afternoon during the kindergarten graduation ceremony.

Held in the new gym, the event featured a couple of songs sung by the students and a slideshow of the year’s activities before their respective teachers, Mrs. Tonja Baker, Ms. Katie Hollerich and Mrs. Karin Miller, awarded the diplomas.

"I just wanted to thank everyone and all the kids for working hard," said Principal Scott Lusk before the ceremony. "I know with distance learning it wasn’t easy for the parents and thank you for working hard too because these are the formative years. It’s very important that we have a relationship between teachers, parents and kids."

Kindergarteners unwound by performing “The Shake Break.”
