Minnesota Valley Action Council Energy Assistance Program provides grants for income-eligible households to help defray costs of energy bills. They can also assist households who are in crisis situations with disconnect notices or when they have run out of heating fuel. Grants are paid directly to the vendor on the household's behalf.
