Homecoming Parade Canceled Today - Rescheduled Cleveland Public School’s planned homecoming parade on Thursday, October 12 has been canceled because of the forecast of rain. The football game is still scheduled for 7:00 p.m. The homecoming parade involves floats created by each high school class. We recognize that much work has gone into the planning and preparation for the parade and it is indeed disappointing that we must cancel. We do want to be able to showcase each class' float and our school spirit. We have moved our parade to Tuesday, October 17 at 2:00 p.m. to allow our Cleveland Clipper Community to show its school pride. Go Clippers!

Today is Specialists' Day 1 and it is Day 2 for Kindergarten.

Kindergarten through 2nd grade will eat in the lunchroom. 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade will eat in their classrooms today.

Today, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders will be eating lunch in your 5th hour classroom. 7th, 8th, and 9th grade will eat in the lunchroom.

Reminder: Students need to be seated during breakfast and lunch and stay seated until you are dismissed. And remember to pick up after yourself!

Elementary student council please report to the Old Big gym at this time.

Also, if any high school students are interested in getting volunteer hours by helping out at ECFE classes and events throughout the school year, please contact Mrs. Genelin.

ECFE is hosting a toy and clothing swap on Sunday, October 22. This is a completely free event for families to trade toys and clothes that they have grown out of and no longer need. If there are children's toys and clothing in good condition that you and your family would like to donate, or if your family would like to come take toys and clothing, please come to the small gym on October 22 from 12-3 p.m. For more information, please visit the district office or the Cleveland ECFE Facebook page.

Art Club Members! Don't forget to turn in your money and registration form to the office this week if you haven't already! *Make sure it has your name & Art Club on the check or envelope!

This Saturday the 14th at 8:00 AM we will have the first ever Cleveland FFA 5K. There are links to sign up on Facebook and Instagram and a poster with a QR code outside of Mr. Dittrich's room. Students are free and adults are $20. Registration starts at 7:00 on Saturday in the new parking lot. If you have any questions, please contact Anna Kawatski-Klein. All runners receive a free t-shirt.

Just a reminder to students that drive to school. Please be aware that there are little kids around both before and after school. Please keep your speeds very low around the school. Remember there are some mistakes that cannot be fixed. Please be extra careful when driving near the school. Thanks for your attention with this matter.
